Vegan Products I L.O.V.E.

Violife: https://violifefoods.com/us/

I absolutely love this company. Their vegan cheeses are my favorite. I love Violife’s vegan sliced and shredded cheddar, vegan cream cheese, and the block of vegan parmesan. Violife’s cheese products are SOY free, which is really important to me because soy products tend to hurt my stomach. The Violife cheese even melts well, which tends to be an issue with other vegan cheeses. I use the Violife shredded cheddar cheese to make vegan quesadillas and have used it in a vegan Mexican lasagna too. I am definitely a huge fan of their products.

Kite Hill: https://www.kite-hill.com/

This is another great soy-free vegan product company.  My favorite Kite Hill product is their sour cream. All their dips are delicious also. I especially love the Kite Hill chive dip and the French onion dip. Their vegan butter is great too!

Follow Your Heart: https://followyourheart.com/

I love the soy-free (green container) Vegenaise from Follow Your Heart. I always use this when making my salad dressings. I add a little into my wraps for lunch. I mix it with chipotle powder to make a spicy dip. I also mix it with ketchup to make a thousand island sauce/dressing. This is my favorite brand for a vegan mayonnaise.

The Real Coconut: Grain-Free Wraps https://therealcoconut.com/

I first found out about the Real Coconut when I was living in Tulum, Mexico. The Real Coconut’s first location is in Tulum, Mexico and they just recently opened another location in Malibu, California. I use the grain-free wraps made with coconut flour for all my breakfast-style burrito wraps or lunch wraps. These are a great alternative for tortillas.

Oatly: https://us.oatly.com/

This company is my favorite oat milk brand. I have oat milk in my green tea in the mornings with agave. I also love an oat milk chai tea latte. I used to drink almond milk and coconut milk in my coffee, but I have been on an oat milk kick for a while now.

Beyond Meat: https://www.beyondmeat.com/

I try to stay away from fake meat products, especially soy meat products. But, if I am going to have a vegan meat product every now and then, I like eating the Beyond Meat products. I like grilling them in a pan, eating them with a vegan bun, and melting VIOLIFE cheddar cheese on top. I also grill the Beyond Burgers with melted violife sliced cheddar on top and sometimes cut it up into little pieces and have them on top of a salad.

Abe’s Vegan Muffins: https://www.abesmuffins.com/

OMGOSH! These muffins! Someone first brought these to a birthday party of mine a few years ago and I remember thinking there is NO way these are vegan. These are unreal. They are moist, definitely not dry, and simply perfection. I love the blueberry ones and the chocolate chip ones. The coffee cakes are delicious too.  All of their products are so good. I saw that they are coming out with cakes soon. Very excited about that!

Amy’s Kitchen Products: https://www.amys.com/

I feel like this is one of the original vegan companies; they seemed like the only vegan products available 10 years ago. I love Amy’s canned refried beans. All of the vegan canned soups are good. I try to not have frozen or canned food, but if you are looking for a healthier frozen/ canned meal option, I would choose this brand.

GT Kombucha: https://gtslivingfoods.com/

The original kombucha brand and the absolute BEST! My favorite flavors are Trilogy, Gingerberry, and Gingerade. Kombucha helps balance my gut, helps me when I’m feeling bloated and when my stomach is hurting.

Miyoko’s: https://miyokos.com/

I love these cheese spreads and cheese wheels. They are great for dipping with crackers. It is the perfect snack to bring to a party. The sundried tomato and garlic cheese wheels are my favorites.

Gomarco Bars: https://miyokos.com/

I am currently “off” vegan protein bars. I feel like sometimes I get too addicted to certain things and then I have to stop myself for a while. When I first became vegan, there weren’t as many vegan snack options or protein bar options. I was still learning how to live, shop, and properly snack in a vegan lifestyle. Instead of eating healthy snacks, I would have Cliff bars. I know! They are not very healthy, but they were the only vegan snack I could find on the go. If I had to choose the best vegan protein bar nowadays, this is my favorite brand. The peanut butter and chocolate chip bars my favorite flavors. The bars are great for traveling. If you are going somewhere that doesn’t have many vegan options, bring a few of these to hold you over.

XOXO,

Jessica
